Discovery Card clueless regarding two payments

A service provided paid money into my card using an old card number twice. I lodged the first complaint on 10 SEPTEMBER 2013. I have been getting the answer "We are looking into this". I have provided tracking numbers and am getting NO JOY. I have been to many times - no follow up, no feedback, NOTHING.

Even after my request of CC'ing me on all mails since according to the supervisor they are in touch with FNB every single day, nothing is happening. I'm utterly gobsmacked since Discovery also banks with FNB! I've provided them with all the information, yet still nothing. Why do I have to sit up with this incompetence? Will Discovery re-imburse me for the interest I lost due to their inability to find a payment in their system?
