Excessive feedback delays and no accessibl contact

Complaint logged on behalf J Janse van Rensburg. Given the recent passing of both the individuals parents there is now a shortfall of the final estate settlement account.

Various attempts to understand the costing structure has simply resulted in various duplicitous mails being sent with monies being claimed that does not make sense.

Being in Pretoria makes it impossible to go and see someone in P.E to clarify the confusion and to get matters back on track again.

It is kindly requested that someone closer to Pretoria that could explain the estate account please contact either Johan or Jackie on 0795206959 or 0729106897

This is urgent seeing that settlement amounts are now requested, which if not paid will surely result in the two of them losing the house left in the estate.
