FNB ignores request from Discovery Card Holde

I bought an internet based software service from US based company Adam Ginsberg (AG) last year and paid by credit card in two payments. The payments are done via my Discovery Credit Card (which is managed by FNB). The value of the software was a few thousand US Dollars.
The software never worked and AG's call centre could not resolve my problems. I then gave up on using their software and reversed the credit card transactions with FNB Call Centre as the specified service that I was promised was not delivered. I provided a pack of documentation of my attempts to get problems resolved as proof. FNB then processed the reversal.
The transaction reversal was later over turned and the value was charged again against my credit card. The only reason that was provided to me was one page from an email from AG. But, the feedback in that email is one of the exact matters that I complained about in the first place. From my perspective I believe that the matter was not properly reviewed.
I have been trying for the last month to get information from FNB re the basis for their decision. My requests are being ignored.
