We have been granted a further advance loan of R921000, 00 in February 2013, in which R301000, 00 was already registered in 2007. Standard bank home loan has reffered us to Mothle Jooma Sabdia attorneys to register R620000, 00 which in our knowledge has been registered on the 14th of April 2013. Recently we have forwarded a progress payment claim form to claim a certain percentage of the loan amount which we do not receive as we are told that the bond of R620000, 00 has not been registered. We have contacted Mothle Jooma Sabdia regarding this claims from Standard bank and they still insist that the bond has been fully registered. PLEASE ASSIST US IN THIS MATTER BECAUSE IT SEEMS AS IF SOMEONE IS PASSING THE BUCK AND WE'VE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED FOR QUITE SOMETIME T and THIS HAS CAUSED DELAYS TO FINISH THE BUILDING OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR.
