FNB's attempt to go paperless has backfired. When they go off line they are unable to accept deposits because there are no deposit slips. This means that clients have to leave the bank and risk being robbed. There is no customer care line to raise your concerns. The call centre gives you numerous product options but none for complaints. CONSIDER CAPITEC OR ANOTHER BANK
