On the 14 September 2013 I went to make a deposit at the germiston branch and was told there is a system error and that I can't make the deposit, on the 17 I went to Kempton park branch and was told the same thing, I have been to the branch over four times and am not receiving any assistance I being told that the matter is with IT which am not sure how long they take to resolve matters, I also called the customer care and they told me oil need to go to the branch even after I tell them that there no help, I don't know why they have a customer care that ie useless and can't help people telepathically, why should I bank where I can't deposit, this is irritating as it takes my time as well, going to the bank and getting no help is just a waste.
