I really fail to understand why this bank is always offline especially the Randburg square Branch. i work in Randburg and the little time i get to go out I'm told they are off line. its not the first time this is happening. i love capitec cause of they are a paperless bank and their rates are low . now if i need service and i don't get i really get frustrated. you must bare in mind that many banks are now going paperless so you need to shape up.
