On 6th September 2013 Azia from MiWay gave me a very good deal on my Insurance and this should have been implemented as from 1 October 2013, but however, the amount of R454.88 has not been deducted by debit order from my bank account. After an e-mail sent 0n 4 October 2013 that still show unread and several calls to your call centre without any success I do not have any answers yet.
I would like a respond to this asap as I do not know if I am insured or not.
