A brief compliment for a sterling service from Virgin Insurance after I suffered a great misfortune of a car accident on September 20th. Their prompt service right from outset from dispatching a tow truck right up to authorising the claim was truly insurance like it should be. I however, want to single out Kagiso Moroe, the administrator based at Telford Road yard where my vehicle was towed to. She ensured that I was kept posted on the developments regarding the assessment and other services I required while the vehicle was at the yard including her enthusiastic assistance to organise a courtesy vehicle; all of which was a service with a smile. It made my interaction with the insurance company during what was meant to be a stressful period such a positively memorable experience. Thank you, Kagiso! Now I am waiting for the car to be repaired and only hope the rest of the experience matches the expectations against the benchmark you have set.
