Unprecedented helpful services-Yard Administrato

We were involved in an accident on the 09.08.2013. Our vehicle was towed to Telesure's Industria Yard.
On collection of our vehicle a few days later, there were damages on the vehicle that were not incurred during the accident. Additionally, the vehicle was only delivered to the assessment centre 7 hours after the accident (the accident only occurred 50km from the assessment centre), which raised concerns on our side as we were told by the towing company that they would deliver our vehicle to the assessment centre immediately.
I expressed my complaints to Mrs. Candice Madella (Telesure: Yard Administrator) and in a joint effort with Nicholene Noordman they lodged a complaint on our behalf with the towing company. Mrs. Madella was extremely helpful and persistent during the course of the claim and followed up with me regularly. 3 weeks after the complaint was lodged, we were reimbursed by our insurance for the damages incurred (worth ca. R11 000.00).
I have not yet come across such professional, helpful, willing and persistent service as we experienced with Mrs. Madella. She showed great integrity during this matter and we are truly thankful for all her efforts. 10/10!
