My wife was involved in a vehicle accident, the tow truck driver was unscrupulous and instead of towing the vehicle to the Discovery Yard, took it to his Panelbeater friend.
This was against the Discovery Policy, when the claim was reported Discovery went the extra mile, had the vehicle towed to the Panelbeater of our choice, kept in contact and ensured that we did not suffer any more inconvenience or financial loss than we had already endured.
They did not hide behind what the Policy wording was, they looked at the matter with the PERSONAL TOUCH that sometimes is required.
