INCORRECT BILLING

I am completely disgusted that blue bean offered me a credit card to get DELIVERED then I had to COLLECT and when I called to cancel this card I was STILL billed for it!! The debit order has gone off after I cancelled this card the previous month. I AM NOT EVEN IN POSSESSION OF THIS CREDIT CARD!!! I DID NOT sign for it and it WAS NEVER handed over to me!!! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE A DEBIT ORDER HAS GONE OFF??? I will NEVER consider Standard Bank as a personal or business banking option!
