I was involved in an accident on the 29th November 2012. My vehicle was written off and I requested for a replacement vehicle and Natalize Solomons was the consultant to assist with the process. She made the experience so easy and quick. Within two weeks of the incident she had already found the replacement vehicle and always made sure she calls me on a daily basis to let me know how far the processes is. She even took it upon her self to call the dealership when they were delaying the entire processes. She advised me when she was going on leave in December and notified me who will be assisting me while she is on leave. When she came back she called to find out if I have received my vehicle and how everything was.
