No response or feedback on my claim

I submitted a car claim on the 13th of September. Till today I have had no feedback from them, no follow up despite of my previous telephonic complaints. The adviser could not be less bothered, and her email responses are unprofessional to say the least. I will most definitely cancel my insurance after this claim.
