I applied for a limit increase on my virgin money credit card, I then received an email requesting for my gross salary and expenses. A day later I received a letter from Virgin Money telling me i can only get an increase of R3500 due to affordability. I waiting in vain for the limit to show on my card, and when i queried this I was told my request was actually declined.
I'm very disappointed and angry as I had made promises to pay with the increase I had requested. Very unprofessional from Virgin Money.
