Impossible to get a new card after mine expired

In October, I tried to make a purchase online. My card didn't go through. After calling Virgin Money, they told me I needed to go to Absa to do Fica. I wish I would have had some warning before my card get rejected. Anyway, after completing Fica, I called back and was assured all was in order and new card would be sent to me. After waiting 2 weeks with no response, I called again, and they told me that the new card request wasn't on the system, but they would put it through. Last week, I called again (a THIRD time), and Dinewo told me that they are still waiting for Fica. After explaining that Fica had been done weeks ago, she assured me that she would sort it out and get back to me by Monday. It is now Friday - I have had no phone call and no new card has arrived. There are 2 weeks until my current card expires, and I am going overseas on the 22nd. I need my new card before then, and I refuse to call the call centre a 4th time.
