I have been with standard bank as long as I've had an account. I have a credit card and have had it for a while. I use to have a debit order that was deducted monthly however when I changed work, the debit orders stopped. Although my loans which were deducted off same day. I receive phone calls in a daily basis requesting payment be made, even though when month end comes I pay the only amount I am able to pay. Even when times are so tough a person battles to put food on the table. Not only do I get harassed by Standard Bank I get harassed by lawyers who I've had to pay ontop of all of this. I'm an sick and tired of receiving calls from arrogant individuals who have no concern for customers feelings. It's no wonder Standard Bank is not one of the top banks.
