I have a bears account in the beginning of the year i was refunded due to bears not being able to find a suitable replacement however i was refunded the wrong item and then i was debited R12000 without being informed what it is for. Every month i get a call from your collections then i explain my situation and i get informed someone will contact me to rectify it however no one ever phone to rectify only to collect. is there anyone that can actually help me.
