No feed back, no response, too much delays, verybad

My client claim number is 536777, my name is Sthembile and I had and accident on the 8th August 2013 and the person who caused the accident was is insured by iwyze, I have submitted every thing they have asked for before the 15 August so that they can process the claim and fix my car but since then nothing has been done. I have been calling many times and spoke to Kelebokile Bogatsu but still nothing has been done, she also referred my case to Denice on this number 0123429188, then I spoke to her she said they will send people to come and access the damage on my car, now I have been waiting for almost 2 months still no help from them, nobody has came to access the car, no response, Now am really frustrated and because my car is still new and my insurance said I must claim from the 3rd party because I did not cause the accident, my Id is 8310160919085, Can you please help me to deal with this. thank you
