4 months later and my car is still not fixed

On May 25th 2013 I was involved in a car accident that was caused by a lady who is insured by iWyze. I put through a 3rd party claim to iWyze and they needed many documents including a quotation of the damage which I submitted. I kept following up but could hardly get hold of Kelebogil Bogatsu who is in charge of 3rd party claims. When I requested to speak to someone else as Ms Bogatsu was not returning any of my calls I was told that she is the only one in South Africa responsible for 3rd party claims. REALLY??? 1 person dealing with 3rd party claims for the whole South Africa? How plausible is that? Needless to say, iWyze would send me to Ms Lisa Monteiro (their lawyers) and she would in turn tell me to follow up with Ms Bogatsu. This is frustrating and 4 months on my car is still not fixed. Around August Ms Monteiro requested additional documents which I submitted then waited for me to follow up weeks later before updating me on the next step. After leaving countless messages for Ms Bogatsu, she eventually called me back and arranged for my car damage to be assessed AGAIN. This happened over 3 weeks ago and she has not responded to any of my emails. I need my car fixed ASAP.
