My daughter's car were damaged months ago. After months it were repaired eventually in August. The person responsible for the accident admitted guilt. My daughter had to pay the access and then claim it back from her insurance. Why must she keep calling you and wait for months for the money to be paid back to her? When will this money be paid back to her? Since the accident were not her fault i do not see why she must wait for her money for months. I also do not want to hear again that she revceives sms's from you stating that the guilty party's insurance only want to pay 80% of the access. The guilty party must be held responsible for access payment if her insurance does not pay the full amount!
