FNB Account application

I applied online to change my bank from Absa to FNB due to high service cost. I submitted a online application on the 06/05/2013 and was promised that I will receive my bank card via courier service within 5 working days. I phoned the FNB call centre and was promise that they will follow up and I will received it within 2 days, after 2 weeks of the promise nothing was done. In the meantime I received various e-mailed communication from them but not my card so that I can change my d/o as well as my salary transferred to the FNB account.

I contact the call centre today again and the agent, Mbali Ngcobile Zungu said she cant trace where my card is and has cancelled the application and that I must apply AGAIN for a FNB account. no... what happened to service. Make me feel valued and special!!! Never again will FNB see or hear from me.
