First National Bank
Useless to have online services

I applied for a business account on 03/01/2013. Today it is the 23rd of January and they are still going back and forth with documentation to open the account. I have NEVER in my life had to deal with such incompetant people. After firstly not reading the original documentation and putting the incorrect signatories on they then take weeks to confirm simple things that once I call and get the info they need to confirm addresses, send it through now they have decided that they need something else. I am sure that every business in this country cannot afford to do business with FNB as my company is now on hold as I cannot do a thing without an account! Online services that take more time, hmm wonder what the point is!! Shame FNB - you ask what can you do for me?? Try doing what I ask that's a good place to start!!
