1 Montth - Still waiting for my money

I made a mistake buying something over the internet, realising just there after that it is in $. I immediatly phoned the bank. They said it's not a problem, they'll stop it as the money has only been reserved and not deducted, I must just come in and sign a document. This happened on 30 Aug. 2 Sep I went and sighned the document. To my disgust I saw FNB let them deduct my money! I phoned and told them they still said not to worry, they will sort it out. I am now so frustrated as I keep getting excuses an now said that it will be sorted out by 17 Oct. This is ridiculous as I want it sorted out NOW! It is already more than a MONtH!
