First National Bank
Will not stop payments

I am terribly off that I still have not gotten my problem sorted out.

A company in America is taking off R300 per a month from my fnb cheque account.
I am unable to get to the bank due to working hours Monday to Saturday.

There is no option even in this modern day to stop a PAYMENT ONLINE!
I just want people to stop money from me.
The bank is supposed to keep my money safe.

I have never had a problem with fnb until this point.

I need this sorted out tomorrow or I am drawing out all my money and finding a new bank
This is unacceptable, there has to be a way to get my money back and stop this payment without going into a bank.

I do not see the point of a bank if they cannot protect my money
