Cant answer why

Like everyone know African bank did there debit orders on the 13th! Long story short! When thy eventully deduct the money THEY did not take my credit card!! There was such a mix up i thought it has been deducted from my card! Today a lady phoned me and told me that there was no money in my account (there was the other loan was deducted) and i must now make a payment! I just feel that was NOT my mistake! I had to pay my bank costs (because thy deductd wrong) and now pay for there mistake!! WORST BANK EVERY all they say is "sorry for the mistake" i dont want an excuse!!! AFRICAN BANK
