I got some money from SARS and went into the bank to go and draw my money, the lady who helped me said I need to pay the overdrawn money back and that I was getting a check so that I could pay back the money. An account was made where the overdrawn money would be paid in and everything was good as I was under the impression that my account would be empty as that is what the manager said to me at the teller a 4 hour procedure was over. the next day There was R1500 - withdrawn from my account and I went in to go and sort it out but like always no one knew nothing they told me my account was R0.
After a week or so they started phoning and threatened me that I was going to be blacklisted and so on I do not like threats, I went in when I got time again away from my patients and hospitals and had to wait again 30min for them after I was told I need to sign a document to reopen the account so I could pay back the money no extra costs was promised. Now there is a 24% interest rate on the money I owe and no one has phoned me regarding payback options after many promises. I am also contacting the ombudsman. Why must I pay for your faults just reverse the money. I will take this further.
