Amount debited on my bank account

I have applied for a loan at Capitec bank in Garankuwa 2010, last year the end of July i was retrenched and all docoment where submited to branch on the 28 August, i was told that insurance will pay my outstanding amount owing. To my suprice every month since i submitted retrenhment document my bank was debited and debit order returned as unpaid bank charges accumilate on my bank. What i will like to know is how long should whait for insurance to pay. Also the staff at Capitac they cannot give use relevent answer how long should we wait for insurance to pay. I did visit Capitac Rosslyn and Garankuwa several times to find out about insurance and always i was told that they still waiting for them to process document as summited to them. Always when UIF deposited the money into my bank they deduct the money untill when should i suffer like this Please can they refund me all money deducted from my bank from August 2013.
