Incorrect Deduction Dates

I just change my insurance to MiWay. Worst mistake I have ever made. they phoned me and promised me a better deal than any other insurer and i believed them. Firstly, they deducted money from my account on a date we had not agreed on and i had to pay penalties because i had to reverse the payment from my bank account. Secondly, the day we had agreed that they were going to deduct money they did not. We had agreed that they would deduct on the 23rd of every month. They only deducted on the 10 July after I phoned them three times reminding them that they had not deducted money from my account. The worse thing is that when they finally deducted they made two transaction which total R928.84 which is more than the R720.63 i am meant to pay towards my insurance. I phoned them to make them aware of their mistake and they apologies and told me they will reverse the payment and it will be reflected on my acc in 72 hours. This means i will inquire bank charges because of insufficient funds and secondly i do not see why i should be charged R552.48 charged when i was not cover from the 23 June till the 10 July. The only amount of money they should debit is R360.31 whch shuld cover the 2 wks
