##DISGRUNTLED AND DISAPPOINTED

I've been loyal to Nedbank's savvy account brand for just over 5 years and always recommended them to my friends and family but I am now utterly disappointed in that they cannot even help me with a home loan! And this after I have supplied them with all documentation they require and we have applied for it over 3 weeks ago. Their motto of being helpful and listening to their customer's needs is clearly not applicable to a loyal customer like me so best I take my loyalty to a different bank then!! Surely when you apply for something the answer is either yes or no and I would not be having a problem at all if they had said no, its the mere fact that they didn't give me any feedback at all after so long and that I had to follow up each time which forced me to go to the other banks and it has now turned out to be the best decision I have made. People out there, don't fall for their spontaneous adverts claiming it is so easy for them to help you because it clearly doesn't apply to everyone!!!
