HOME LOAN FAIL

I am currently trying to apply for a home loan through Nedbank. My fiance and myself bank with you, we have CC with you, Money Market accounts, savings accounts and vehicle finance. We have been waiting for an answer for 2 weeks now and stand to lose the house we have offered to purchase. I am disgusted that all the other banks have replied except my bank! There is always an excuse - something is always missing or they ask the same questions over but never notify you that there is a problem until you follow up again.

My fiance has been wanting to switch banks for ages and now I would like to know how to go about withdrawing all my money from Nedbank and settling our CC so we don't have to deal with you anymore.

This is our home you're talking about and MY bank doesn't seem to care!
