My name is Mandisi Moshani, I have been blacklisted by the Financial institution "MFC Ned bank" owing them an amount of R20 000 although I never opened any account with them. In case someone had opened an account using my name, I have never lost my ID. I would like this matter to be investigated as from now on I will be taking legal steps. I just want to highlight that this is and is affecting my credit record in a detrimental way. In September 2013 a deduction of R190 took place from my bank account and the reference is MFC Nedbank motor finance and I never signed any documents with them.
I am a Pastor in full time ministry and I do not have debts. I found this as the humiliation against my name and reputation.
I would appreciate if the matter can be investigated as the matter of urgency.
