I am a loyal customer for more than 2 years at Nedbank.
My account credit cards loans have all been up to date.
This was the fist time i phoned Nedbank to let them know i will pay my credit card R500 on the 25th of this month.
That in my mind is not even alot of money. This guy Moses told me my account will be closed if i dont pay sooner.(time today 3 Oct 2013 (12h05)
I remind him i phoned him not the other way around and this is the first time i had to phone to make an arrangement.
He basicly told me that my loyalty with this bank doesnt meen anything even after i told Moses il close my account.
If this guy does not appoligise i will pay my account and close it within 3 days.
How can Nedbank allow people like this to deal with customers.
