I am so livid I could spit fire. I want my account closed as I am so done with you. I am unable to access my internet banking for over a week. I called your incompetent online banking on 25/09. Please trace that call and hear what your pple speak. I went to the Tygervalley branch to fix your in my lunch hour yesterday and they were offline.. I have bills to pay which I now cant. I don't have time to drive up and down and spend money on phone calls to your company that is run by baboons. I was called 22/23August to be told my cheque acc has to be paid. I told the Consultant I will pay it the 23/08 and want the acc closed. He said no problem once payment is made, the account will be closed. I asked him 3 times if I needed to go into the branch and he said no once payment is made the account will be closed. The acc is still active. I was charged again. Sort out this. You are with my credit record. And to top it off there is a bond account in my name that I never authorized. I'm trying for years to sort that out with you. Send me the documents where I signed for a bond. I have been requesting that for years. Im going to the ombudsman
