ABSA refuses to close my account

Hi there.

I changed Banks in November 2013 and I have been (moved to Investec) trying to close my ABSA accounts ever since. I visited the Bedford Centre Branch on three separate occasions to close my accounts. The last and final time was in November where I desperately called upon the manager after 90 minutes waiting in a line that only had four people in it. I sat with him and he typed and clicked away and promised ALL my accounts have been closed. I had also said a few times that I have a credit card and EVERYTHING was to be closed. I was also made to pay some ridiculous closing fee which I did of - R300. Today I get a credit card statement saying I owe R19 admin fee and I once again owe ABSA money. There has been no activity on the card whatsoever in two months, and the card has been chopped up and thrown away. My cost account is closed, my internet banking is closed, not the credit card. I refuse to pay the R19 and I promise on my life I do not want anything to do with ABSA anymore. And I will not go stand in a line at the branch for a 4th time. Sort it out please!! I
