Wesbank
Selling Your Debt to a Second Party

I purchased two vehicles from Wesbank and then ended up going under Debt Review in 2010 with a Court Order in place so all arrangements was in place and payments made to Wesbank.
Wesbank then SOLD this Accounts to Shackleton Credit Management in January 2012.
I received a letter from their Attorneys Lynn & Main to notify me of this.
Since January 2012 they made my life, including additional costs to the accounts, increasing interrest rates and they are not willing to assist me to get the Accounts in order.
Contacting WESBANK and after several complaints to Jack Maloka I just get send back to Shackleton that is not willing to help.
We still follow the Court Order and pay the installment to the Wesbank accounts, trying to stay with the court order but can not get this issue resolved.
How can WESBANK Sell an Clients Account if he is Paying his Installments and with a Court Order in Place.
