Account still not settled

I really am starting to loose it with wesbank now 9 days down the line my account has still not been settled. I keep getting feedback that they are still working on the issue when the amount of 108000 zar has been paid into the wesbank account but still no confirmation that the account has been settled. Please please please resolve this urgently.
