I got a better car and house hold cover from one of the insurance companies and was left with no choice but to cancel my current Miway insurance cover. I called my Miway insurance to cancel policy and was transferred to a friendly guy called Seitshiro and ask me my reasons to cancel. He gave a counter offer to what the other company was giving and give me a much better offer, as sign of how important i am to their business. A big thank you to Seitshiro Mokgatlha and Miway insurance for making life easier in this hard economic times.
