FNB ACTIVATING CELLPHONE BANKING WITH NO AUTHENTIC

MRS P MOILOA - ACCOUNT OWNER HAD CELLPHONE BANKING ACTIVATED ON HER ACCOUNT AND MONIES TRANSFERRED OUT OF HER ACCOUNT . THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT FNB AUTHENTICATING THE ACTIVATION. THIS CLIENT'S SEPTEMBER MONTH PENSION WAS ALL WITHDRAWN VIA THIS SERVICE WHILE SHE HAD HER BANK CARD WITH HER. THE CONSULTANTS AT FNB ARE NOT PROVIDING THE CLIENT WITH ANY PROPER REPORT OF HOW THIS WAS DONE WITH OUT THE 78 YR OLD CLIENT NOT WALKING INTO A BANK WITH HER BANK CARD AND ID. AND SIGNING UP FOR THE SERVICE. THE CLIENT NEVER GOT ANY NOTIFICATION OF THIS SERVICE BEING ACTIVATED AND THE FEEDBACK THE FNB CONSULTANTS ARE GIVING TO THE CLIENT IS THAT SHE MUST GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THE THE PERSON WHO DEFRAUDED THE CLIENT. THIS MEANS THAT FNB'S CLIENT'S MONEY'S ARE NOT SAFE. THIS CLIENT HAS BEEN BANKING WITH FNB FOR MANY YEARS AND HAS INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WITH FNB AND ALL HER PENSION MONEY CAN DISAPPEAR WITH NO CONCERN FROM THIS INSTITUTION NOR IT'S EMPLOYEES. THE CLIENT CANNOT EVEN SEND A SIMPLE SMS AND HOW COULD THEY HAVE ACTIVATED CELLPHONE BANKING.
