On the 11 October 2013 my Petrol Card was Double Debited within Two Minutes, R 562.25 and R562.28. On queering this with FNB - Credit Card Division, I was advised that I did not have the right to instruct the Bank to reverse one of the Transactions but that I should approach the Service Provider Myself for Making an Error.
Why was this Transaction Not Red Flagged by Credit Card Division, and Why was I not Contacted.
This has now led me to Close My Account Forthright with FNB as the Relationship of Trust with FNB as a Banking Institution has been broken.
Similar transactions have occurred with Standard Bank and they contact me within 5 minutes as a Private Banking Client on a Local Basis as well as International Basis.
Great Service FNB, you have now lost a Platinum Banking Client.
