Client since 2009- Private bank client business

I have been a client with FNB since 2009 I am a private bank client business banking client with FNB, yet they keep on declining me for a credit card or even a overdraft. They say I dont meet requirements- I called into call centre was told Iam being declined dueto the fact that I have no accounts open so they cant track my payment track record- I was asked to email a bunch of documents including a letter from my accountant stating how much I earn from the company - sent all the stuff- no one got back to me- called in again- no declined - ITC-???

Pulled my trans union report experian report - its clean- I sent paid up letters for anything that might have been on there from 2 years ago

I feel this is terrible service and I m in the process of starting to move my accounts bad bad bad service - they charge me over R500 for banking charges every month with regards to all my accounts I have with them but no thank you back

Also stopped using my platinum account because - private banking??? yeah right I have no idea who my private bannker is
