MFC didn't deduct the money for June, when I call them, they said they were migrating to another bank, I asked them to do manual debit, the next thing they said my account is on arrears. for the month of July they increased my monthly instalment by R1281 without informing me, when I called them they said the account was reinstated, for the month of August they deducted twice and different amounts. for September they deducted the money which is more by R1281 why should I struggle every month, what is the purpose of signing contract stating the money to be debited if MFC can change anytime and do as they please on my bank account, I have called MFC consultants but these problem is not being sorted.
