If you need stress Joing 8-ta

My problem started with me missing a single paymentin April for R388. on the 27th of May I ipaid R776, which was a payment for April and May. My account was on current.somewhere in june 8-ta debited my account with R194 which requested to be paid back in my bank account because they are not a bank they are not going to give me interest on my money. They paid it back into my bank account. in june they deducted the correct instalment R388 from my bank In july they deducted R206 instead of R388, they deducted R194 from my july instalment, meaning they double credited me.in August they never debited from my account I kept on calling asking why they havent dedcted their install from my bank account they said they are having problem with thier debit orders they will send the debit orders again. it never happened untill i paid R388 cash. on the 17 septemberi recived a message from nudeb that my 8-ta contract is in arrears of R972. nudebt is going to debit my account with 972 and i only owe 582 because of thier stupid billing department for double crediting me. now they have handed over my account to lawyers but whos fault is it that my account is in arears of R194
