10 days later no response

I received an email stating that I will get a response in the next 24 to 72 hours. Unless 72 hours is now equivalent to over 10 day later I expect that this is pathetic service. due to this negligence I have now paid extra on my gym membership for the month whereas if as the email stated the financial adviser had called me back I would have taken out a policy where gym fees would be reduced. EXTREMELY disappointed by this service. Don't tell people you are going to get back to them in the next 24 to 72 hours if it is going to be more than 10 days later.
