On the 13th of September I sent an email to Liberty Life to ask for a financial adviser as the adviser listed on my birthday notice no longer exists and I need to increase my cover. Jermaine promised an adviser would call within 48 hours. - No Contact
On the 16th of September I sent a friendly reminder to Jermaine as I had not been contacted as yet, Jermaine promised an adviser would contact within 24 hours. - No Contact
On the 26th of September I again reminded Jermaine that nobody had contacted me, again he promised contact within 24 hours.
It is the 27th of September - 2 weeks later - and still NO CONTACT.
I am a long standing customer - please can I give you more money PLEASE PLEASE
