I called and logged a response for one of DH new business people to call me and was given a reference number, was advised that within 48 working hours I would have someone call me and talk me through the plan options.

1 week went past with no call or email!!! Called the call centre and the very helpful agent advised me its very back that no-one has returned my request and that he would send me the application forms immediately but there might be a delay with the mail being delivered to my mail box. Guess it still delayed as I havent received that email as well!!!

As someone who was an employee at DH and back then it was almost a criminal offence if you didnt sent a member a mail or response on a query... you would have to call the member back personally and explain what happened and apologise as well.

Have things changed Discovery???...

I am still a member on you with you and might consider moving my life plan else where seeing that its going to take 4-8 weeks for a call back for membership!?!?!?!?

And then the waiting game begins again...
