Appalling after sales customer care

My father bought a car through Toyota financial services and now he has retired. We wanted to find out how much he has to pay for his installment to be reduced to an amount that I as his daughter can afford. We called Toyota financial services and they said we should write an email or send a fax with the details of my father and everything we want clarified. We did this in March 2013 . We have been sending numerous emails to date but not even a single one is responded to. We just get the automated response that we will get a response within 48 hours. I wonder when is their count for 48 hours commencing because according to me 48 hours is long gone. The email was sent on 25 March even to date there is no assistance.
