Good Day, I tried from 09:51 yesterday up until 12:23 yesterday trying to make an application for a personal loan. I was shunted around and cut off and even shouted at by your staff. I tried to complain to your complaints division but they too didn't help. I keep getting told because I am self- employed I have to be put through to business banking but when I am put through I am given voice prompts of which I cannot make a selection of because I do not have a Nedbank account.
