Interest charged after full payment

Took out a loan in June with Wonga, although their online service is brilliant, their call centre staff are arrogant and uneducated. Unfortunately, when they debited my account it was the 25th, and there were no funds available. They then debited my account for R7, then R11, all the while my bank charging me R15 per debit. Then at the end of the August, they debited for the full outstanding amount on the 25th again - my bank then charging me a rejected fee. On the 26th August, they did a Naedo. Perfectly acceptable. They charged me R300 for late fees and penalties, which is fine I was at fault. 2 weeks later, I get an email saying that I owe them R72. I then get a lawyer threat saying I owe R74. I phoned them, got told one long story after the next. Requested a detailed statement, get told they cant do that. Then I say debit my account, get told it will be R76, fine, I give authorisation, needless to say they did not debit. Now I get an email saying they are handing me over for R140. Do me a favour, hand me over. You are unlawful. Add fee's at will after being paid in full. Do it. I dare you.
