Okay so I complained earlier about being debited twice a month the first time for my policy and the second for some other person. I was told the policy for the other person was cancelled and that I would get my refund for all the payments I have been making for over 3months. Now somethibg strange happened. On friday 8th November I got an email saying that the complaint had been resolved. Yeaterday I checked mg bank statement and AIG had again tried to debit me for the other policy and it bounced and theg charged me a fee for the failure and did not refund the money they from me earlier.
My advise is that no one must get any policies from them...
AIG I want all the money you have and I do not want yourpolicy anymore you guys are and specialise ib daylight roberry. I have chased u guys for a refund for over 3 weeks now.
